This timeline is designed to keep every member of the Teutopolis community informed as the district’s facilities planning process moves forward. Each entry below reflects actual milestones, reports, and opportunities for public participation.

All key documents, presentation slides, and meeting notes will be linked here as they become available. If an update involves public discussion or board action, the corresponding agenda or minutes will be included for reference.

Recent Updates

  • Summer 2022  —  Board of Education holds public listening sessions and forms a Strategic Plan and District Goals.

  • Fall 2024  — Upchurch Group initiates the 10 year Health, Life and Safety Review.

  • Winter 2025 — Upchurch Group delivers final building assessment and prioritization report.

  • Spring 2025 — High School Cafeteria renovation project bid awarded for completion in Summer 2025.

  • Fall 2025 — Board President and Superintendent Facility Tours announced; residents invited to review facility data and provide feedback.

  • Winter 2025 — Junior High School classroom expansion and restroom renovation project bid awarded for completion in Summer 2026.

  • February 2026 — Release of A Clear View website and potential timeline for community engagement on possible Grade School renovation.

    April 2026 — Listening Session Event goes over renovation feedback and priorities.
